Please write an email to hello@biografie.in and let us know which changes you would like to make. As orders can go in production quite quickly, it is important that you do this as soon as possible so we can modify the order before the fabric for your garments is cut.

Not a problem! Simply log in onto your customer account and go to your previous orders. Click on the garment that you want to re-order and the option Load shirt into Designer will appear. Now you can change any details in design and measurement as well or just put the garment in your shopping cart right away.

Make sure you are logged in, and simply add your design to your shopping cart. It’ll stay right there the next time you log on. 

If you’re not happy with your shirt for any reason, please call or write to us, and we’ll help immediately. Let us know what the problem is and we’ll make sure  we find a way to resolve it.

We ship shirts to you no matter where you are! For orders with India, shipping is free. For International orders, we charge a flat fee of $25, regardless of how many shirts you buy.

Since Biografie shirts are tailor made upon order, please allow 10-15 days for delivery.

Oops, we goofed. While we try to ensure this doesn’t happen, sometimes we might make a mistake. Please get in touch with us and we’ll make sure we get the right product across to you as soon as we can.

You don’t need to, but it’s definitely helpful if you do! Once you’ve created an account, your measurements and addresses are saved in our database. The next time you shop, you can design your shirt and not worry about spending time on the rest.
